Eucharist II

"The history of the painting is as follows: One cold winter night I was sitting in my studio, thinking of the Universe, watching a burning candle. Everything was so simple. I saw this and painted the idea as if from nature/life. I suppose that the idea was given to me from above, and I am happy. This was a real find. The main thought here is that the essence of God/Teacher is cardinally different from the human essence of apostles. Flame, wax... this all gives a lot of space for further meditations on Christianity."

"It is always good to imagine how my paintings will give pleasure... may this painting bring only good things in life."
